We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CSR Coordinator/Associate to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a recent M.Com degree and 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about contributing to corporate social responsibility initiatives within the electronics manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects and programs.
Conduct research on CSR best practices, relevant regulations, and community needs.
Support in data collection, analysis, and reporting for CSR activities and impact assessment.
Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, NGOs, and community partners.
Help in organizing CSR events, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
Maintain records and documentation related to CSR initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the CSR team as needed.
