CSR Coordinator/Associate

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate CSR Coordinator/Associate to join our team and contribute to our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of various CSR projects focused on healthcare access, community development, and environmental sustainability within India.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the development and execution of CSR strategies and programs aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (NGOs, community leaders) for project implementation.
* Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies for new CSR initiatives.
* Monitor project progress, collect data, and prepare regular reports on CSR activities and their impact.
* Manage project budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
* Organize and facilitate community engagement events and awareness campaigns.
* Ensure compliance with CSR reporting standards and guidelines.
* Support in stakeholder communication and relationship management.
* Research best practices in CSR and sustainability within the healthcare sector.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of CSR processes and initiatives.
