CSR Coordinator/Associate

Role Summary: The CSR Coordinator/Associate will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Havells India's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives across various regions in India. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and beneficiaries to ensure the effective execution of CSR projects aligned with the company's social and environmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of CSR strategies and project plans.
• Coordinate with NGOs, community leaders, and other stakeholders to identify project needs and opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, including logistics, procurement, and communication.
• Monitor project progress, collect data, and prepare regular reports on impact and outcomes.
• Support in organizing CSR events, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of CSR activities, expenditures, and beneficiary data.
• Facilitate communication between the company and project beneficiaries.
