CSR Coordinator/Associate

Role Summary: The CSR Coordinator/Associate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of corporate social responsibility initiatives at Navitas Semiconductor India. This role involves coordinating various CSR projects, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to the company's sustainability and community outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects aligned with company goals and local community needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, NGOs, and community partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track project progress, manage budgets, and prepare reports on CSR activities and their impact.
• Support in organizing community engagement events, volunteer activities, and awareness campaigns.
• Conduct research on CSR best practices and emerging trends relevant to the semiconductor industry and India.
• Maintain records and documentation related to CSR initiatives and compliance.
• Contribute to internal and external communication efforts regarding CSR programs.
