CSR Head

Role Summary: The CSR Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Reliance Retail's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives across India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for social impact and a deep understanding of the Indian socio-economic landscape. The incumbent will drive programs aligned with the company's business objectives and commitment to sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with national priorities and company values.
• Identify key areas of social impact and design impactful CSR projects in education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and community development.
• Manage CSR budget, ensuring efficient allocation and optimal utilization of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, government agencies, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of CSR projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
• Develop robust reporting mechanisms to track CSR performance and impact, and prepare annual CSR reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR regulations and guidelines in India.
• Promote employee engagement in CSR activities.
• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in CSR and sustainability.
