CSR Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CSR Head to lead and implement our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The CSR Head will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring programs that align with our company's values and contribute positively to society, with a particular focus on communities around our railway operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for social impact and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with company goals and national priorities.

Identify key social and environmental issues relevant to the railway industry and communities where we operate.

Manage all aspects of CSR projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and impact assessment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, government bodies, community leaders, and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR regulations and reporting requirements in India.

Develop compelling communication materials to showcase CSR initiatives and their impact.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs, making recommendations for improvement.

Foster a culture of social responsibility within the organization.
