Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced CSR Head to lead and implement our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The CSR Head will be responsible for developing, managing, and evaluating programs that align with our organizational mission and contribute to societal well-being, particularly in the areas of eye care accessibility and community health. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with Aravind's mission and values.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including community leaders, NGOs, government agencies, and beneficiaries.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of various CSR projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Manage the CSR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial accountability.
- Develop compelling CSR reports and communication materials to showcase impact and engage stakeholders.
- Conduct impact assessments and evaluations of CSR programs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of CSR trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in India.
- Foster a culture of social responsibility within the organization.
