CSR Head

Role Summary: The CSR Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for social impact and a proven ability to drive meaningful change within the community and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with Kajaria Ceramics' business goals and values.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize CSR projects in areas such as education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and community development.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of CSR projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, government agencies, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, preparing reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR regulations and reporting requirements in India.
- Drive employee engagement in CSR activities and foster a culture of social responsibility within the organization.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in CSR and sustainability.
