CSR Head (3-4 Yrs) | Kochi

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CSR Head to join our team in Kochi. This role is crucial in developing and implementing our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, aligning them with our business objectives and societal impact goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CSR frameworks, community engagement, and project management, with a proven track record in driving impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's CSR strategy in alignment with MakeMyTrip's values and business goals.
• Identify, research, and propose new CSR projects focusing on areas such as education, environment, and community development.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of CSR projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource utilization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, community leaders, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, preparing regular reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR regulations and reporting standards.
• Organize employee volunteer programs and promote a culture of social responsibility within the organization.
• Manage the CSR budget effectively and ensure optimal allocation of funds.
