CSR Manager

Role Summary:
The CSR Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing IRCON's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for community development and a proven ability to drive impactful CSR programs aligned with the company's values and national priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy in line with IRCON's business objectives and sustainability goals.

Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including local communities, NGOs, government bodies, and internal departments.

Manage the end-to-end implementation of CSR projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR programs, collecting data, and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR regulations and reporting requirements in India.

Foster a culture of social responsibility within the organization through awareness programs and employee engagement initiatives.

Manage CSR budgets, including planning, allocation, and financial reporting.

Stay abreast of CSR best practices, emerging trends, and opportunities for innovation in the field.
