CSR Manager

Role Summary: The CSR Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Tata Consultancy Services' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives across India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for social impact, excellent project management skills, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. The CSR Manager will ensure that TCS's CSR programs align with the company's values, business objectives, and regulatory requirements, contributing to sustainable development and positive community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with TCS's global and local objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and select impactful CSR projects in areas such as education, healthcare, environment, and livelihood enhancement.
• Manage the CSR budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of funds.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, community leaders, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of CSR projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
• Develop and implement robust M&E frameworks to track the impact and effectiveness of CSR initiatives.
• Prepare CSR reports for internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and public disclosure.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR legislation and guidelines in India (e.g., Companies Act, 2013).
• Organize and facilitate employee volunteering programs and engagement activities.
• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in CSR and sustainability.
