CSR Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced CSR Manager to lead and implement our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The CSR Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring programs that align with our company's values and contribute positively to society, with a particular focus on healthcare access and community development in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's CSR strategy in line with national and international guidelines.
• Identify, design, and manage CSR projects focusing on healthcare, education, environmental sustainability, and community empowerment.
• Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies for proposed CSR interventions.
• Manage CSR budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, community leaders, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR programs, collecting data and preparing regular reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 (CSR provisions) and other relevant Indian legislation.
• Organize and promote employee volunteering programs.
• Stay updated on CSR best practices and emerging trends in the Indian context.
