Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate CSR Manager to lead and implement our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The CSR Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing programs that align with our company's values and contribute positively to society and the environment, particularly in the communities where we operate. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of CSR best practices in the Indian context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals.
- Identify, research, and evaluate potential CSR projects and partnerships, focusing on areas such as education, healthcare, environmental conservation, and community development.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of CSR projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR regulations and reporting requirements in India.
- Measure and report on the social and environmental impact of CSR initiatives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, NGOs, government agencies, and community leaders.
- Promote employee volunteerism and engagement in CSR activities.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in CSR and sustainability.
