CSR Manager (3-5 Yrs) | Guwahati

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CSR Manager to lead and implement our corporate social responsibility initiatives in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of community engagement, project management, and reporting, with a background in technology, particularly a BCA degree, to leverage digital tools for CSR impact. You will be instrumental in driving positive social and environmental change aligned with Biocon's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive CSR strategies and programs in line with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and engage with local community stakeholders, NGOs, and government bodies to understand needs and build partnerships.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of CSR projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, collecting data and preparing reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Utilize technology and data analytics (leveraging BCA background) to enhance program effectiveness, track progress, and measure social impact.
- Organize and coordinate community outreach events, volunteer activities, and awareness campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR laws and reporting standards in India.
- Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in CSR and sustainable development.
