Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced CSR & Sustainability Manager to lead and implement our corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives across our Indian operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring programs that align with our business objectives and contribute positively to society and the environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive CSR and sustainability strategies aligned with company values and global best practices.
• Identify, plan, and manage CSR projects focusing on areas such as education, healthcare, environmental conservation, and community development.
• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of CSR initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, local communities, NGOs, and government agencies, to foster collaboration and support for CSR programs.
• Drive sustainability initiatives related to environmental impact reduction, resource efficiency, and responsible supply chain management.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of CSR and sustainability performance.
• Develop communication materials and campaigns to raise awareness and promote CSR and sustainability efforts within the organization and externally.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in CSR and sustainability.
