Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic CSR & Sustainability professional with 1-3 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will support the implementation and monitoring of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives within the BFSI sector. This role involves data analysis, report generation, and collaboration with various stakeholders to drive impactful social and environmental programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to CSR activities and sustainability metrics.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on CSR performance, impact assessment, and progress towards sustainability goals for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support in stakeholder engagement, including NGOs, community groups, and internal departments, to foster collaboration and ensure project success.
• Contribute to the development of sustainability policies and frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant CSR and environmental regulations.
• Utilize data analysis tools and software to track project impact and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in CSR and sustainability within the BFSI sector.
