Role Summary:
Adani Enterprises Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced CSR & Sustainability professional to join our team in Surat. This role will focus on developing, implementing, and monitoring corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives aligned with our business objectives and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, environmental regulations, and social impact assessment, with a proven track record in project management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive CSR strategies and sustainability action plans in line with national and international best practices.
- Conduct impact assessments for ongoing and proposed projects, identifying potential social and environmental risks and opportunities.
- Manage and oversee the execution of CSR projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and achievement of intended outcomes.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, including local communities, NGOs, government agencies, and internal teams, to foster collaboration and ensure effective communication.
- Monitor and report on the progress of CSR and sustainability initiatives, preparing regular reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Stay abreast of evolving sustainability trends, regulations, and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SDGs) and integrate them into the company's strategy.
- Contribute to the development of sustainability policies and guidelines for the organization.
- Support the integration of sustainability principles into the company's supply chain and operational processes.
