Role Summary: The CSR & Sustainability Officer will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of Adani Enterprises Limited's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives across its diverse business verticals. This role will contribute to enhancing the company's social impact, environmental performance, and stakeholder engagement, aligning with national and international sustainability frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of CSR projects, focusing on community development, education, healthcare, and environmental conservation.

Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of sustainability data, including environmental metrics (e.g., carbon emissions, water usage) and social impact indicators.

Contribute to the preparation of CSR and sustainability reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GRI, BRSR).

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including NGOs, community leaders, government agencies, and business units, to foster collaboration on sustainability initiatives.

Conduct research on best practices in CSR and sustainability within the import/export and infrastructure sectors.

Support the development and implementation of sustainability policies and strategies.

Monitor the progress of CSR projects and sustainability programs, identifying challenges and recommending solutions.

Assist in organizing awareness programs and training sessions on CSR and sustainability for employees.
