Role Summary: BookMyShow is seeking a passionate and experienced CSR & Sustainability professional to drive our commitment to social responsibility and environmental stewardship. This role will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing initiatives that align with our business objectives and contribute positively to society and the planet.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with BookMyShow's values and business goals.

Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including NGOs, community groups, government agencies, and internal teams.

Manage and oversee CSR projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and impactful delivery.

Track, measure, and report on the social and environmental impact of CSR initiatives.

Promote sustainability best practices across the organization, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing.

Stay abreast of CSR and sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices relevant to the entertainment and technology sectors in India.

Develop compelling communication materials to showcase BookMyShow's CSR efforts and impact.

Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to integrate CSR messaging into brand campaigns.
