Role Summary: Bharti Airtel is seeking a dedicated and passionate CSR & Sustainability professional to drive and implement impactful social and environmental initiatives across its operations in India. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing, executing, and monitoring programs that align with our sustainability goals and contribute positively to the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CSR strategies and action plans aligned with company objectives and national sustainability frameworks.
• Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including NGOs, community leaders, government bodies, and internal teams.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of CSR projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, collecting data and preparing reports on progress and achievements.
• Contribute to the development of sustainability policies and practices within the organization.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in CSR and sustainability.
• Facilitate internal communication and awareness campaigns on CSR and sustainability initiatives.
