Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic CSR & Sustainability Associate to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for an individual with a 12th Pass qualification and 3-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives. You will play a crucial role in executing our CSR strategies, monitoring project progress, and contributing to our sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of community development projects aligned with our CSR policy.
- Support the collection and analysis of data related to sustainability performance, such as energy consumption, waste generation, and water usage.
- Help organize and coordinate volunteer activities and employee engagement programs for CSR initiatives.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on CSR and sustainability activities.
- Liaise with local communities, NGOs, and stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing CSR projects and gather feedback.
- Contribute to awareness campaigns and internal communication on sustainability best practices.
- Support in the preparation of annual sustainability reports and compliance documentation.
- Assist in the research and identification of new CSR and sustainability opportunities.
