Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and diligent CSR & Sustainability professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will support the implementation and monitoring of our Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability initiatives, contributing to our goal of creating a more sustainable future for agriculture. This role is suitable for B.Tech/B.E. graduates looking to build a career in the impactful field of agrochemical sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of CSR projects aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for sustainability performance metrics, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) indicators.
- Conduct research on best practices in CSR and sustainability within the agrochemical sector and relevant industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., R&D, Operations, Marketing) to integrate sustainability principles into business practices.
- Help organize and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, including community outreach programs and impact assessments.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant environmental and social regulations.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of sustainability communication materials.
