CSR & Sustainability - Other - Legal Sector - 2-4 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated CSR & Sustainability professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a passion for driving sustainable initiatives within the legal sector. This role will involve supporting the development and implementation of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the research, development, and implementation of CSR and sustainability policies and programs aligned with the firm's objectives and legal industry best practices.
- Collect, analyze, and report on data related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance metrics.
- Support the preparation of CSR and sustainability reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and raise awareness.
- Utilize data management and analytical tools (leveraging MCA background) to track project progress and measure impact.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in CSR, sustainability, and corporate governance within the legal sector.
- Contribute to the development of communication materials for CSR and sustainability initiatives.
