We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and execution. The CTO will be responsible for defining and implementing the company's technological vision, driving innovation, and ensuring the scalability and security of our technology infrastructure. This role is ideal for a tech leader with 1-5 years of experience and a postgraduate degree, eager to make a significant impact in the fast-paced hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of all technology initiatives, including software development, infrastructure management, and data security.
- Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency, guest experience, and competitive advantage.
- Manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
