Curriculum Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Curriculum Designer to develop comprehensive training programs for our employees in the railway sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and effective learning materials that align with industry standards and company objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to translate complex technical information into accessible educational content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructional materials, including training modules, e-learning courses, presentations, and facilitator guides.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from various departments (e.g., engineering, operations, safety) to gather content and ensure accuracy.
- Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Develop assessments and evaluation strategies to measure learning effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the curriculum development lifecycle from needs analysis to final delivery and maintenance.
- Ensure all training materials are up-to-date, relevant, and compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
- Utilize various authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) to create and deploy digital learning content.
- Conduct pilot programs and gather feedback to refine curriculum design.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and railway industry training.
