Curriculum Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Curriculum Designer to develop engaging and effective training materials for our petrochemical and plastics division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing comprehensive curricula that align with industry best practices and company objectives, ensuring our workforce is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and assessment tools for technical and soft skills training.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from various departments (e.g., R&D, manufacturing, sales) to gather content and ensure accuracy.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Develop learning objectives, content outlines, and storyboards for new training programs.
- Create multimedia elements such as videos, infographics, and interactive simulations to enhance learning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance data.
- Revise and update existing curriculum based on feedback, technological advancements, and evolving industry needs.
- Ensure all training materials are compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget.
