Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Designer to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, e-learning modules, presentations, and assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from various medical departments to gather content and ensure accuracy.
- Translate complex medical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging learning content.
- Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies into all training materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary revisions.
- Manage curriculum development projects from conception to completion.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in medical education and instructional design.
