Curriculum Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Curriculum Designer to join our Learning and Development team. The Curriculum Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning materials for our employees in the Analytics and KPO domains. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible and practical training content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training curricula, including instructor-led modules, e-learning courses, workshops, and assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create learning experiences that are engaging, interactive, and results-oriented.
- Develop learning objectives, content outlines, storyboards, scripts, and facilitator guides.
- Create multimedia elements, including graphics, videos, and interactive simulations, to enhance learning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through various assessment methods and feedback mechanisms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in instructional design, adult learning, and the analytics/KPO industry.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
