Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and legally-minded Curriculum Designer with 2-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Thane. This role involves developing and refining training materials, particularly for our compliance, legal, and regulatory training programs within the infrastructure, transport, and real estate sectors. You will leverage your legal understanding and instructional design skills to create engaging and effective learning content that ensures adherence to industry standards and legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum for various training programs, with a strong focus on legal, compliance, and regulatory topics relevant to infrastructure, transport, and real estate.
- Translate complex legal concepts and industry regulations into clear, concise, and engaging learning modules, case studies, and assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), legal counsel, and project managers to gather content, ensure accuracy, and validate learning objectives.
- Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create diverse learning materials, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and interactive exercises.
- Review and update existing training content to reflect changes in legislation, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Develop assessment strategies and tools to measure learning effectiveness and knowledge retention.
- Ensure all curriculum materials comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in India.
- Manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
