Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and creative Curriculum Developer to design and develop engaging and effective learning content for our preschool and early primary education programs. This role involves conceptualizing, creating, and refining educational materials that align with early childhood development principles and the Indian curriculum framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for preschool and early primary grades (ages 3-8).
- Create engaging learning materials, including worksheets, activities, stories, and interactive content.
- Ensure curriculum content is aligned with national educational standards and pedagogical best practices for early childhood.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and educators to ensure content quality and accuracy.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies and technology into curriculum design.
- Review and revise existing curriculum materials to improve effectiveness and relevance.
- Conduct research on early childhood education trends and best practices.
