Customer Engagement - Accounting / Auditing (3-5 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a highly analytical and client-focused individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. This role is crucial in understanding and addressing the complex needs of our accounting and auditing clients, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. You will leverage your advanced research and analytical skills to provide strategic insights and support to our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our corporate clients in the accounting and auditing sector.

Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and strategic objectives.

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of client portfolios, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights.

Translate complex financial and auditing concepts into clear, concise communication for clients at various levels.

Collaborate with internal teams (audit, tax, advisory) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for service enhancements and cross-selling based on client engagement and understanding.

Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and findings to clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their business.

Act as a primary point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
