Customer Engagement role in Accounting / Auditing (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and successful adoption of our accounting and auditing services. This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree and 1-3 years of experience looking to grow their career in the professional services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and providing timely support.
- Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback, identify potential issues, and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
- Onboard new clients, guiding them through our processes and services.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., audit, tax, consulting) to resolve client queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track client engagement metrics and report on client satisfaction levels.
- Educate clients on new features, updates, and best practices related to our accounting and auditing solutions.
- Assist in the development of client communication materials and engagement strategies.
