Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. In this non-voice role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for our new customers, primarily focusing on digital platforms and backend data management. You will play a crucial role in setting up customer accounts, verifying information, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order before a customer is fully integrated into our services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process new customer applications and onboard them onto our digital platforms.
* Verify customer information and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
* Set up customer accounts, profiles, and access permissions.
* Liaise with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to resolve any onboarding issues.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
* Generate and send onboarding welcome kits and necessary communication materials.
* Monitor the onboarding pipeline and identify bottlenecks to suggest process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during the onboarding process.
* Provide basic support to customers during the initial onboarding phase via email or chat if required.
* Assist in the development and refinement of onboarding workflows and documentation.
