Job Description
Role Summary: The Customer Retention Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn for Maruti Suzuki vehicles. This role focuses on non-voice communication channels to engage with existing customers, understand their needs, and proactively address any concerns to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, potential churn risks, and opportunities for engagement.
- Develop and execute targeted communication campaigns via email, SMS, and in-app notifications to promote loyalty programs, exclusive offers, and service reminders.
- Proactively reach out to customers experiencing service issues or dissatisfaction to resolve their concerns and prevent churn.
- Gather customer feedback through surveys and other non-voice channels to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to align retention strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention, such as churn rate, customer lifetime value, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
