Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service professional to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and 3-5 years of experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the water treatment/waste management industry. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing excellent support and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues related to water treatment/waste management services and products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Provide customers with information about our services, products, and pricing.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments for resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Collect feedback from customers and share it with the management team for service improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive team environment.
