Customer Success Manager - 1-2 Yrs Experience

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at ZestLegal. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients maximize the value they receive from our legal tech software. You will act as a primary point of contact, guiding clients through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing utilization. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of legal processes, a passion for technology, and excellent communication skills, coupled with an LLB degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful initial adoption of the ZestLegal platform.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique legal practice needs and challenges.

Proactively identify opportunities for clients to leverage ZestLegal features to improve their workflow and client satisfaction.

Provide ongoing support, training, and best practice guidance to clients to ensure maximum product utilization.

Monitor client health and engagement metrics, identifying and addressing potential churn risks.

Act as a liaison between clients and the product/engineering teams, relaying feedback for product enhancements.

Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify new opportunities.

Educate clients on new features and updates, driving adoption and value realization.
