You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, providing timely support, and driving customer retention and growth. - Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.

- Gathering customer feedback and insights to improve products and services.
- Monitoring customer health and implementing strategies to reduce churn.
