Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Customer Success Manager to join our Service & Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our B2B clients, ensuring they maximize the value from our products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, providing timely support, and driving customer retention and growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Proactively engaging with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
