Role Summary:
As a Customer Success professional at Delhivery, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our logistics services. You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of our services and the ability to translate client business objectives into effective logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of Delhivery's service offerings.
- Proactively monitor client account health and engagement, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, identify areas for improvement, and showcase value.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Product) to advocate for client needs and drive service enhancements.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business models and logistics challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on new features, services, and best practices to maximize their utilization of Delhivery's platform.
- Track and analyze key customer success metrics, reporting on client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvements.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
