Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Customer Success professional with an M.Sc degree and 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive maximum value from our facility management services, fostering strong relationships, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will leverage your scientific background to understand client needs and optimize service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our service offerings.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and goals related to facility management.
Analyze client usage data and service performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery and client issue resolution.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, demonstrating the value delivered by our services.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services based on client needs and satisfaction.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success processes and best practices.
