Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual with 2-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team as a Customer Success Associate in Guwahati. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our accounting and auditing solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and proactively addressing their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and effective integration with our services and platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client value and satisfaction through our offerings.
- Monitor client health and engagement, intervening to address any potential issues or churn risks.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to discuss their progress and provide strategic advice.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (e.g., sales, product, support) to ensure client needs are met.
