Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success, Service & Operations professional. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our IT services and solutions. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving service excellence, and optimizing operational processes to foster long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and how our services can help achieve them.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor client health and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant services.
- Develop and implement customer success plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track and analyze key customer success metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the service and operations teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success and IT service management.
