Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Success, Service & Operations associate. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth delivery and effective utilization of our educational programs by our beneficiaries and partners. You will be the primary point of contact for addressing queries, providing support, and gathering feedback to enhance our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for beneficiaries, community partners, and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users of Pratham's educational programs, ensuring they understand and can effectively implement the learning materials.
Collect and analyze feedback from users and partners to identify areas for improvement in program delivery and operational processes.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities and operational logistics.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, support requests, and program-related data.
Collaborate with program teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to communicate user needs and insights.
Contribute to the development and refinement of operational procedures and customer service protocols.
