Cyber Security Analyst

Role Summary: Mahindra Logistics Limited is seeking a vigilant and skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting our digital assets, networks, and systems from cyber threats. This role is critical in ensuring the security and integrity of our operations, especially given our extensive involvement in the import and export industry where data security is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and events from various security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls).
- Investigate security incidents, identify root causes, and recommend remediation actions.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in systems and networks.
- Manage and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
- Stay updated on the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies.
- Provide security awareness training to employees.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security is integrated into all business processes.
- Respond to and manage security breaches and incidents effectively.
