Cyber Security Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Analyst to join our growing IT team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate with 1-4 years of experience who is passionate about protecting our digital assets and infrastructure. You will be responsible for monitoring security systems, identifying vulnerabilities, and assisting in the implementation of security measures to safeguard HCC's sensitive data and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and logs from various security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls) to detect and respond to potential threats.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in our network and systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Investigate security incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the IT team in maintaining and updating security software and hardware.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats, trends, and technologies.
- Document security procedures and incident reports.
