Cyber Security / IT Risk Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cyber Security / IT Risk Analyst to join our growing team at HealthifyMe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks to protect our digital assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves working closely with IT and business units to implement robust security measures and maintain a strong security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor security alerts and incidents, and respond effectively to contain and resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act) and industry standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and technologies.
• Provide security awareness training to employees.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
