Cyber Security / IT Risk role in Electronic Components / Semiconductors (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Cyber Security / IT Risk professional with 3-5 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for ensuring the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure and sensitive data within the electronic components and semiconductor domain. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing robust security policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive IT risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and weaknesses in the organization's systems and processes.

Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the implementation and management of security controls, including access controls, encryption, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and develop remediation plans.

Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., IT Act, GDPR principles if applicable), leveraging your LLB background.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address legal and regulatory aspects of cybersecurity.

Develop and deliver security awareness training to employees.

Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
