Role Summary: We are seeking energetic and talented individuals to join our corporate dance crew. As a Dance Crew Member, you will represent HDFC Bank at various internal and external events, promoting team spirit, employee engagement, and a vibrant corporate culture. You will be responsible for choreographing, rehearsing, and performing various dance routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the dance team and event organizers to develop creative and engaging dance performances.
- Choreograph and rehearse dance routines for various events, including corporate functions, employee engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Perform energetic and synchronized dance routines at scheduled events, ensuring high levels of professionalism and entertainment.
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness and dance proficiency.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and practice sessions.
- Contribute to costume selection and stage presence.
- Uphold the bank's values and brand image during all performances and interactions.
