Key Responsibilities:
- Choreograph and perform various dance routines for internal company events, such as town halls, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Participate in client-facing events and presentations, delivering impactful dance performances that enhance the overall experience.
- Collaborate with the internal communications and HR teams to develop creative concepts for events and performances.
- Rehearse regularly to maintain a high level of performance quality and synchronize with other crew members.
- Contribute to the development of new dance routines and styles, staying abreast of current trends in the dance industry.
- Assist in organizing and managing dance-related activities and logistics for events.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company positively during all performances and related activities.
