Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dance Crew Member to join our vibrant team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in choreographing and performing various dance forms, with a strong educational background, including an M.Tech degree. You will be instrumental in developing and executing engaging dance performances for our sports and recreation events, workshops, and community outreach programs. This role requires creativity, energy, and the ability to inspire others through movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Choreograph and perform dynamic dance routines for various events and programs.
- Collaborate with the sports and events team to integrate dance performances seamlessly.
- Conduct dance workshops for participants of different age groups.
- Develop innovative dance concepts that align with our mission of promoting sports and healthy lifestyles.
- Maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Contribute to the overall creative direction of our cultural programs.
- Ensure all dance activities are conducted safely and effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the dance crew.
