Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Dance Crew Member with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our vibrant film and music production team. The ideal candidate will contribute creatively to choreography, stage presence, and overall visual performance for our upcoming projects. This role requires a strong understanding of movement, aesthetics, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with choreographers and directors to develop and execute dance sequences for films, music videos, and live performances.
- Participate actively in rehearsals, demonstrating a high level of technical proficiency and artistic interpretation.
- Contribute innovative ideas for movement, formations, and visual storytelling through dance.
- Maintain exceptional physical condition and stage presence.
- Adapt to various dance styles and performance requirements as dictated by project needs.
- Work closely with costume and set designers to ensure cohesive visual presentation.
- Assist in the training and development of junior dancers if required.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and rehearsal schedules.
- Maintain a professional attitude and work ethic on set and during rehearsals.
